1. Sponsor
The Kooline Free AC Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air LLC ("Sponsor"), Arizona ROC License Nos. 309317 and 329362.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal Arizona residents who:
Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Own a residential property located within Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air's normal HVAC service area.
Have legal authority to approve replacement and installation of an HVAC system at the property.
Employees, owners, officers, immediate family members, and household members of Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air and its advertising or promotional partners are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins [INSERT ORIGINAL START DATE] and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Arizona time.
Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one entry per household.
No purchase, payment, service appointment, estimate, or other transaction is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing products or services from Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one residential air-conditioning system and standard installation, with an approximate retail value of $[INSERT ACTUAL PRIZE VALUE].
The exact equipment, capacity, configuration, and installation requirements will be determined by Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air following an inspection of the winning property and according to applicable building codes, manufacturer requirements, and the home's HVAC needs.
VERIFY BEFORE PUBLISHING: The Sponsor must specify what is included in the prize, including whether permits, thermostat, removal of the existing unit, crane service, electrical work, ductwork, code upgrades, or other installation-related work are included or excluded.
Optional upgrades requested by the winner that are not part of the advertised prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will not be required to purchase optional products or services in order to receive the advertised prize.
The prize has no cash redemption value and may not be transferred or sold. Sponsor may substitute equipment or a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised equipment is unavailable or unsuitable for the property.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or before September 7, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt and may be required to provide proof of age, identity, Arizona residency, homeownership, and eligibility.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
8. Installation
Sponsor will coordinate installation with the verified winner. The prize installation is intended to be completed no later than October 31, 2026, subject to equipment availability, permitting, property eligibility, weather, scheduling, and circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
The winner must provide reasonable access to the property for an HVAC inspection and installation.
9. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local tax obligations resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner to the extent required by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, automated, duplicated in violation of these rules, or otherwise obtained through manipulation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity of the Giveaway.
All decisions concerning eligibility, winner selection, and administration of the Giveaway will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
11. Privacy and Marketing
Information submitted through the Giveaway form may be used to administer the Giveaway and contact the potential winner.
Agreeing to receive promotional calls, text messages, or emails is not required to enter or win the Giveaway and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Any separate marketing consent provided by an entrant will be governed by the applicable consent language presented on the form.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it may be advertised or promoted.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges that the Giveaway is administered solely by Kooline Plumbing Heating & Air.
13. Acceptance of Rules
By submitting an entry, entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
